The time has come to sharpen your chainsaws and fortify you home. The zombie apocalypse is near. The Ravalli County Museum is hosting the annual "Zombie Apocalypse" this fall, and it is going to be better than ever.

The event is centered around a scavenger hunt in the museum. Survivors will be versus other survivors, while trying to collect all the items on the list. The only problem is, you will be dodging brain eating zombies as they roam the museum.

Follow clues to find tokens throughout town in a timed, competitive race. Play as a Survivor OR a Zombie!!

Survivors will compete against other Survivors, while dodging Zombies. Zombies will compete against other Zombies while dodging Zombie Hunters. (Zombie hunters will be volunteers brought in to help make sure rules are followed and add an element of difficulty for participants who are playing as zombies so the game is fair.)

Prizes will be awarded to the participants with the most points! Salons will be available at noon on the day of the event to help zombies with zombie makeup (should you need it) for an additional $5.00.

Marshmallow guns (for survivors) will be available for purchase (at $8.00 apiece) by October 13th - ONLY while supplies last. You are welcome to bring your own as long as it only uses mini marshmallows.

The first 80 participants (both Zombie and Survivor) will also recieve a Zombie Apocalypse, 2016 backpack to carry items in during the game.

Following the scavenger hunt, there will be a laser light show as well as a zombie themed dance party. Plus fun kids activitees and a 50/50 raffle benefiting the Hamilton Volunteer Fie Department.
