27 Year-old Missoula Man Charged With Felony Theft [AUDIO]
27 year-old Joshua Swigert of Missoula was arrested Friday morning at a motel on North Reserve after being questioned about a rash of vehicle break-ins, and that he was in possession of a stolen pistol.
Deputy Missoula County Attorney Shaun Donovan says Swigert was charged with felony theft for stealing a Dodge pickup truck, along with several other items, including a 1911 style .45 caliber pistol that was discovered on his person.
Swigert is in the Missoula County Jail on $10,000 bond, after making an appearance Friday afternoon in Missoula Justice Court.
