If you're familiar with the sometimes dreaded Senior Project, you know how difficult it can be to pull off. These are incredibly ambitious projects that are required for Western Montana high school students to graduate.

Stevensville high school senior Clarysa Pruszinski wanted to use her Senior Project opportunity to make a difference in her community. So she has put together the 5K Superhero Run to benefit her local volunteer fire department.

The run will take place on Saturday, May 5th on the Bitterroot trail next to the Westside Firehouse in Stevi (starting point is behind Subway.) Clarysa adds, "let's have some fun, put on your cape, bring the whole family and run, walk, spectate, and support our fire fighters!"

Individuals can register for just $25, there are also packages for families and groups. Get more info and register here.
