The Bronx Borough President, Ruben Diaz Jr, has declared September 14th "Anthrax Day". As people get ready for tonights Big 4 concert at Yankee Stadium, Diaz urges citizens of the Bronx to " Take Appropriate Recognition Of The Occasion And Get Caught In The Mosh"
