A Genius Way to Get Out of Parking Tickets [VIDEO]

I haven't spent much time downtown in the past few months, but this past week I made a couple trip, only to immediately get a ticket. Gotta pay the city employees somehow I guess. A show in the UK has a host who shows us that "trolling" municipal workers, may be the best way to reverse parking tickets. Why not make their lives a living hell, they don't seem like they mind ruining yours.
