A Truly Delicious Missoula Valentine’s Date for Under $20

I recently mentioned the Edelweiss Bistro to a friend and he'd never heard of it. A few days later I got a text saying "you weren't kidding, this place is amazing!" The Edelweiss is at Bayern Brewing and they serve German cuisine to compliment Bayern's German lagers and ales.

And it's definitely a great option for V-Day dinner, check out their menu for February 14th-

Beef Roulade. Bacon, onion, pickle, and mustard wrapped in a thinly sliced local beef. Braised in a dark broth until tender. Served with Rotkohl a sweet and tangy braised red cabbage and Tiroler Speck Knödel bread dumplings with ham.

For dessert we will have Black Forest Cake. Layers of chocolate sponge cake soaked in Montgomery Distillery's Kirsch Wasser sandwiched between ribbons of house-made whipped cream and cherry filling, topped with Flathead cherries and dark chocolate.
