Alleged Accomplice In Police Dragging Incident Appears in Court [DOCUMENT]

34 year-old Kimberly Inman appeared in justice court Thursday afternoon charged with being an accomplice to Dawnette Eaton, after Monday night's incident that seriously injured a Missoula police officer.

Inman was charged with two felonies, obstruction of justice and tampering with or fabricating evidence. She allegedly drove to pick up Eaton after the incident in which Eaton backed over and dragged officer Deni Poling and was shot in the arm by Lt. Richard Stepper.

Bail was set at $75,000, and she was returned to the Missoula County Jail.

Sheriff's spokesman Jason Johnson says the investigation continues into the aftermath of Monday night's incident, and other individuals may be charged, including Eaton's own son, Stephen Goodman.
