Five Finger Death Punch canceled the outdoor concert they were scheduled to do for Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday in Los Angeles. They’re still in pre-production for the Share the Welt tour and will re-schedule the Kimmel set for next year.

Rains have taken Rev Theory‘s place on the Share the Welt tour which hits Missoula on the 24th, enter to win tickets here.

Rob Zombie has tapped a close friend to score his film The Lords of SalemJohn 5, the guitarist in his band for the past six years. Zombie says, “John totally understands the vibe of the film and is the perfect choice to create the music.”

Zombie will start shooting The Lords of Salem on Monday. It’s expected out in the late summer of 2012.

Even though Motley Crue issued a statement last month saying they aren’t playing in Indonesia, they didn’t get it out quick enough to help some fans. The Indonesian news site Tempo Interactive reports that at least 1500 fans bought tickets for the show, and now police are investigating who started the scam.

Hollywood Undead will re-visit this year’s American Tragedy with a re-mix album due on November 21st. American Tragedy Redux features re-worked versions of 10 tracks, including one of the single “Hear Me Now” done by Jonathan Davis of Korn.

Hollywood Undead return to the stage this weekend with a set at the 48 Hours Festival in Las Vegas and will open for Avenged Sevenfold December 13th at the Adams Center, win tickets here.
