Angel’s Rock Report–Motörhead, Scars On Broadway

As you know, Slayer, Slipknot & Anthrax have been announced as headliners for this year’s Mayhem Fest, but there have been rumors that Motörhead are the “special guest” that the tour’s promoters have been promising.

In a recent interview with 99.9 KISW in Seattle, Lemmy confirmed all the rumors when asked point blank if Motörhead would be participating in the 2012 Mayhem Festival. He responded,“Yeah we are, yeah. With Slayer I think. It should be a good tour.”

In other Lemmy news, Dave Grohl will appear on his first-ever solo album. There's no release date yet.

Scars On Broadway, which is the side project of System of a Down’s Daron Malakian & John Dolmayan, are back with a new song called ‘Guns Are Loaded’.  They’re supposed to be releasing a full album this summer.
