Neil was pleading guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct stemming from a confrontation he had with his ex-girlfriend in a Las Vegas hotel last March. A more serious misdemeanor charge of battery constituting domestic violence was dismissed. If convicted, Neil could have spent a year in jail.
