Godsmack singer Sully Erna will kick off a solo tour in March. Only four dates have been announced so far -- March 30th in Sayreville, New Jersey; April 1st in Huntington, New York; April 6th in North Tonawanda, New York; and April 7th in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania -- but more shows will be announced soon.

He’ll be supporting Avalon Live, a live box set due out in late spring. It includes three DVDs, two CDs, a book and more. A single-disc DVD and Blu-ray will be out in the fall.

Seether will be combining all their releases into one digital box set on iTunes. The Seether Collection will include all four of their studio albums, their live album One Cold Night, as well as other assorted tracks. The set comes with special digital artwork and liner notes for each release. The Seether Collection can be downloaded starting Tuesday.

Foo Fighters have had to cancel their Japanese tour, which was due to kick off next week, because Dave Grohl has been ordered to go on vocal rest. The Japanese promoters issued a statement from the band that says, "It wasn't an easy decision by any stretch, but after carefully considering medical advice, we felt we had no choice. We hate to disappoint our fans in Japan and hope you'll all understand and that we'll see you all in the not too distant future."

Foo Fighters are scheduled to return to the road on April 1st at Lollapalooza Chile.
