Motley Crue singer Vince Neil will plead guilty to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge, pay a $1000 fine and avoid trial on allegations that he poked his ex-girlfriend during a fight last March in Las Vegas. Neil will enter the plea in court on Monday, and will also have a more serious misdemeanor charge of battery constituting domestic violence dropped as part of the deal.

Disturbed guitarist Dan Donegan says fans shouldn't worry too much that the band's hiatus will go on forever. Donegan tells Revolver magazine, "I like to think that the longer [it gets], it's only gonna make us miss it more, because that's all we know, that's all we've loved and done. So I'd like to think that there's gonna come a point where we're all gonna be like, 'I was waiting for somebody to pick up the phone and say, "Hey, let's get going."'"
