How much Teen Spirit can you handle? A slew of alt-rock wise guys will test those limits on October 1st with A Brief History of Rebellion -- a 12-hour event that will feature 144 consecutive performances of the groundbreaking Nirvana classic "Smells Like Teen Spirit." The show, which will last from dusk to dawn at Canada's Toronto Underground Cinema, features performances by Tokyo Police Club, F---ed Up, Gallows and scores of other bands. And if you're up to it, audience members are invited to hop onstage to take a crack at the tune themselves.

"Thunder Invader," a track from Wayne Static of Static X's solo debut, Pighammer, is now streaming at Revolver magazine's website. The album hits stores October 4th.
