Anthrax fans, it's time to dig into a rarity! The band has just unleashed the song "Vice of the People" ahead of the band's For All Kings limited-edition 7" box set release this Friday (March 24). The song was previously released only as a bonus track in Japan, so now the rest of the world can get a chance to hear this gem.

The track opens with a bit of a showcase for drummer Charlie Benante, who dominates the early part of the song with a catchy open behind the kit that is eventually joined by the band's guitars and bass before settling into a more anthemic song. "Do you solemnly swear to use your powers for evil / Only then can you be the vice of the people" belts Joey Belladonna. Later in the track, fans will get to hear some impressive guitar work. Check out the song in the player below.

As stated, the track is included with the For All Kings limited edition 7" box set that's coming this Friday. If you want to learn more and pick up the collector's item box set, head here.

In other Anthrax news, the band just revealed that Charlie Benante will sit in as the guest drummer on Late Night With Seth Meyers this week. His run begins tonight (March 20) and continues through Thursday. Be sure to tune in at 12:35AM ET on NBC. And Benante will follow that by joining the rest of his bandmates for the "KillThrax" tour, which also features Killswitch Engage, on March 29. See all of the scheduled dates here.

Anthrax are also planning their very own New York City "beer crawl" on March 28 in order to celebrate the release of their "Wardance" beer. For those in New York City, the fun starts at 6PM at Daddy-O on Bedford Street in the West Village. Check here for details on each of the stops and times.
