Artist Makes Human Skin Sculptures

I know, it sounds like something out of a horror movie. I'm still trying to figure out if I'm impressed or grossed out. Artist Jessica Harrison created her "Handheld" art by taking casts of her own hands and molding the skin replicating material into home furnishings. Even though I know its not real, my epidermis is still feeling funky.  I'm glad someone told me they were hand casts, I was on the completely wrong page when I saw the grandfather clock...
