Congratulations are in order for Korn bassist Reginald Arvizu — better known to fans as Fieldy — as he and his wife Dena are expecting the birth of their second child this month. According to Korn’s website, “things are happening a little sooner than planned” with the baby, so Fieldy has decided to drop out of some tour dates in Europe.
Rob Zombie fans across the world have been dying to know when they will be able to see his latest film, ‘Lords of Salem.’ Well, if you’re in attendance at the Toronto International Film Festival, taking place Sept. 3-16, you’ll be one of the first to witness Zombie’s sixth feature film. While the full schedule for the festival won’t be released until Aug. 21, we can tell you that the premiere will be a part of the Festival’s annual Midnight Madness.

Metallica set the bar high after they finished their set on day one of the Orion Music + More festival in Atlantic City, N.J. Fortunately for fans, day two exceeded all expectations. Sunday night, mighty Metallica tore through their ridiculously successful 1991 self-titled disc (better known as the Black Album), and to no one’s surprise, they played it backwards, just like they did with ‘Ride the Lightning’ the night before. Delivering another night of 2 hours of solid rock ‘n’ roll, how anyone left Orion without their faces melted off is an absolute mystery!
