Meanwhile in Russia... A drunk girl was running down a street in Russia when she ran right through a pane of glass at a bus stop. The girl either had a plan that involved hilariously bouncing off the glass, or she was completely oblivious of her surroundings and flew down the street in a drunken haze. We believe it is the latter.
A video has gone viral of a group of elderly gents singing "Can You Feel The Love Tonight" at their local Tim Horton's. The group turned out to be a barbershop group that uses the restaurant as a weekly meeting place. That's all well and good, but the REALLY funny part is that Free Beer has admitted to his love of the barbershop style music.
The types of news stories that hit the Canadian airwaves are somewhat different than stories here in the United States. The CBC ran a 2 minute report on a stolen outhouse, or in the Canadian dialect 'oothoose.' The 'oothoose' was stolen a few months after a large party where 30 guys "Christened the thing in their own way." The father and son that built the 'oothoose' said they lost the good memories from that party.
Producer Joe, being the nice young naive boy that he is, has been receiving prostate exams since he was 22-years-old. This all seemed well and good until Joe was informed by his doctor uncle that a prostate exam isn't necessary until the ages of 40 or 50. After that discovery, Producer Joe decided that it might be wise to find a new doctor with less of a carnal desire for butt play. What Joe didn't realize was that apparently no matter what doctor he goes to, something will eventually get weird.
Free Beer and Hot Wings took notice of the motivational posters around the building this morning. The first, and most regal, of the posters is "Focus Eagle." The eagle stands proud and declares that "If you chase two rabbits, both will escape." Next we have the "Leadership Wolf," who inspires people to lead their pack. Other notable exceptions not pictured are "Inspirational Wayne Gretzky" and "Opportunity Golf Course."
A recent study out of Brazil found a link between middle-aged mortality and the ability to sit and stand unassisted. To take the test, you are asked to sit and stand with the least amount of assistance from your limbs. Depending on your performance, you are assigned a score that can be used to determine whether or not you are at risk. If you were to perfectly complete the test, you would sit with your legs crossed and then stand back up without using your arms.
Getting shot with a taser is probably one of the most unpleasant events someone can endure. In this video, a police cadet is willingly on the receiving end of a police taser during his training. Even though he knew it was coming, the cadet broke down prior to, during, and after the shock. From what we understand, this is standard protocol: if you want to use a taser, you have to be tased so you have an understanding of the power that you yield.
Barbara Walters unveiled her 2012's '10 Most Fascinating' person list last night during her ABC special. New Jersey Governor Chris Christie was on that list because of his diligent work with the response and reconstruction efforts during Hurricane Sandy. But Governor Christie's work is not what we are here to talk about. The real story is what Barbara Walters asked the Governor.
A group of girls were shocked when they received a bill from a local restaurant that had the phrase "Fat Girls" written on it. So shocked that they alerted the local news and the story has gone viral. Free Beer and Hot Wings talked about the story this morning on the show, and Hot Wings took a stance that was slightly out of character. He was on the side of the waiter saying, "I think what's written on their is not that big of a deal. They are fat girls."
In a world littered with horrible YouTube videos, one video has stood out among the pack. Garden Spot High School in New Holland, Penn. has created a video that is now being dubbed "the single worst video on the entire internet." By now, almost everyone has seen the original Gangnam Style video, and countless people have tried to emulate it. But no one has done it this poorly.
We all know that Producer Joe is a healthy individual. He eats well and takes a plethora of random vitamins, supplements, and tonics. But what you don't know is that the guy has a virtual pharmacy in his producers booth. He has everything from St. John's Wort to Chia seeds. Yes, you read that correctly. He eats the seeds of an As Seen On TV novelty gift.
When this video was first discovered, Producer Steve was sure that someone had finally invented the first amphibious motorcycle. Upon viewing the video, he quickly realized that it was nothing of the sort. The video and it's description are in French, but after translating the video's description, we discover that it's a video about "how to dive in the port of Saint Martin en Ré with Yamaha FJR 1300." That description pretty much sums up the actions of this clumsy motorcyclist.
