Kicking the crap out of somebody for that last discount snowman teapot and watching Walmart greeters get trampled sounds fun and all, but we're going to go ahead and sacrifice it for the 2013 Black Friday edition of Record Store Day.

Record Store Day is usually on the third Saturday of April each year, but it's also held annually on Black Friday. If you're into collecting vinyl, rare recordings and exclusive releases, this is your day. But get there early because most items are limited quantity. Locally, I would suggest a visit to John and crew at Ear Candy Music, 624 South Higgins.

Check out what's available in rock for this Black Friday Record Store Day.
