TSI/Daly Mansion orbs
We are getting geared up and ready for the Halloween holiday, with our annual ghost hunt. We are asking anyone interested in being part of this years paranormal investigation, to submit a story of something paranormal that they may have experienced. Hear Tesh’s creepy story about her “doppelganger” haunting her husband.

Doppelgangera ghostly counterpart of a living person

Not so long ago, my husband and I were getting ready to go to bed and were going through the house to lock the doors and turn out the lights. I went up as my he was finishing up downstairs. I was laying in bed when he came in the room with this look of confusion and terror on his face. I asked him if he was ok and he just kept staring at me. After a few moments he told me that when he was turning to come up the stairs, I put my hand on his shoulder and asked him to wait just a minute while I went back into the kitchen to get a bottle of water. He said he was actually facing me and looking directly at me. He said he waited for about a minute and then went to the kitchen to see why I wasnt coming back out. He walked into the kitchen and he said this feeling of dread and fear washed over him and the air felt much cooler than in the rest of the house. He said I was standing at the sink facing away from him when he said, are you coming? He said I then turned to looked at him but my skin was mottled and looked like I had been dead for about a week. He turned on the main light to be able to see me better and turned back toward the sink. There was nothing there. An empty kitchen. He left the light on and practically ran up the stairs to our room where he found the “real” me. Nothing has happened like this before but when he was telling me about what he had seen, the air in our room also turned significantly cooler and that ominous feeling of fear and sadness came over us both. It only lasted a few seconds and then everything was back to normal. It was very strange and scary. I wont stay in anypart of the house by myself. I willnever forget the look on his face from seeing me “dead”. Was this an omen of some sort?

Thanks for the creepy story Tesh, I still have goosebumps from reading your story. Doppelgangers have always been creepy to me. To think that there is a ghostly figure of yourself walking around, makes my skin crawl. I wouldn’t take it as a bad omen. The only thing I have heard about doppelgangers, is that if you come face to face with your own, then it could mean that you will become sick or be involved in an accident. So, as long as you haven’t  ran into yourself in the kitchen, you should be fine.

Anyone else who would like to join us for the annual Blaze Ghost Hunt, should submit their stories.
