CNN Justice is reporting that Jordan Linn Graham, the Kalispell woman accused of pushing her newlywed husband off a cliff in Glacier National Park, wants her trial postponed after prosecutors told her attorney they have evidence that the man may have been blindfolded before falling to his death, according to court documents.

Graham's attorney, Michael Donahoe, wrote in court documents last Friday that the FBI interrogated his client for over one and a half hours without the interview being recorded. Donahoe claimed the FBI did so in order to "shape" his client's statements about what happened on the cliff near a popular spot called "The Loop" on July 7.

Graham has been charged with first and second degree murder and for making false statements in the death of her husband, Cody Johnson.
