Ricardo and Lisa Brown of Spokane, Washington recently received their Comcast bill in the mail, addressed to A**hole Brown.

It all started when they called Comcast because of a problem with their bill. They got into a heated argument with the customer service representative and the problem was not resolved. Apparently the rep took revenge by changing Ricardo's name in the system to A**hole Brown.

I tell you what, if I received a piece of mail addressed to A**hole Hughes I'd be laughing my tail off. A**hole and Lisa didn't find it amusing though. They called customer support and finally got an apology, name changed back and several years of free cable.
