A small new study out of William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan found that there's a bump in FATAL HEART ATTACKS the Sunday we set the clocks ahead. The author of the study says that it's possible that even losing that one hour of sleep can mess with a high-risk person's heart enough to send them over the edge. This isn't the first study to connect heart attacks and time changes.  A study out of Sweden in 2008 found that heart attack risk went up for the first three days after setting the clocks ahead, and decreased the first few days after setting them back.
