Defense Shines in Saturday’s Spring Grizzly Football Scrimmage in Ronan [AUDIO]
Quarterbacks were scrambling, running backs captured in the backfield, and several interceptions highlighted Saturday’s annual spring game held this year in Ronan.
Grizzly sports information reports that the dominating Grizzly defense allowed only 227 yards of total offense, gathered in four interceptions and sacked the quarterback seven times.
The Griz have four more practices left in spring drills: Monday, April 15; Wednesday, April 17; Thursday, April 18; and they wrap things up on Friday, April 19, with a scrimmage in Washington-Grizzly Stadium that starts at 7:00 p.m.
