My family loves all pizza. It doesn’t matter if it’s frozen, homemade or straight out of the oven from a pizzeria. We love it! We love all kinds from Canadian bacon and pineapple, to pepperoni to sausage, onion and jalapeno to supreme. We’re not prejudice. We love them all.

This weekend, I was looking for something to make for dinner that would be quick, easy and delicious, and I stumbled upon this pizza recipe. It just takes a few simple ingredients, and cooks for less than 10 minutes. It is so simple and so good. My family loved it.

Easy Homemade Pizza

1 loaf of French bread

1 jar of pizza or spaghetti sauce

Shredded cheese

Your favorite pizza toppings

Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and lay the bread on a baking sheet with baked outsides of bread down on the sheet. Spread pizza sauce on each half. The amount of sauce you spread on the bread varies depending on your preference. If you like lots of sauce on your pizza, then use lots of sauce. If not, then spread the sauce on the bread sparingly. Top each half with your favorite pizza toppings, and then spread shredded cheese on top of that. Bake in the oven for 7 minutes at 500 degrees.
