The fine folks at 22 Words have compiled a list of one liners to describe each state, as told by bitter residents.  The project stemmed from a European who asked Americans to describe their state in one sentence.

For instance, Nevada's line is predictable, but on point: "Legal gambling, legal prostitution, 24/7 liquor stores." The rest are not only on target, but damn funny, especially Montana's.
