Our friends from Eye Empire are set to headline the upcoming "Battlefield of the Mind" benefit on April 24th at the Whiskey a Go-Go in Hollywood. The documentary "Battlefield of the Mind," is a film about veterans and their struggle with post traumatic stress.

Proceeds from the Eye Empire show will benefit the Boot Campaign, a charity that helps you show your appreciation for American troops, raise awareness of the challenges they face when they return home, and raises money to support their transition home.

According to Loudwire, members of Megadeth, Evanescense and Staind will perform as well.

The evening will also feature performances by Megadeth‘s David Ellefson, Evanescence‘s Troy McLawhorn, Staind‘s Sal G and Lo-Pro members Pete Murray and Neil Godfrey.

Eye Empire, which features military vet and Submersed member Donald “DC” Carpenter amongst its ranks, will headline the April 24 event at Hollywood’s Whisky-a-Go-Go. Meanwhile, the other guests will be performing together throughout the night and showcasing music from the film’s soundtrack. The song ‘No Words’ featuring Ellefson, Murray, Sal G. and Staind’s Mike Mushok can be heard below.
