With the holidays here, I have already noticed myself getting "fluffy." After spending most of last year losing weight, I am wasting no time putting it back on. Sometimes I need a little reality check before I reach for the super sized fries. Take the restaurant in Las Vegas called "The Heart Attack Grill," where eating may actually be hazardous to your health. It is a hospital themed restaurant that prides itself on making unhealthy food. The owner says it is to raise awareness to the dangers of obesity, by forcing all diners to wear hospital gowns. But, my favorite part of the whole gimmick is the fact that if you don't finish your meal, YOU GET SPANKED by a nurse.
