Get ready to see a whole host of new features in Final Fantasy 10/10-2 HD Remaster when it's released for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.

The video runs down the list of new features in the revamped versions of the classic Final Fantasy 10 games. In fact, here's a list of what you can expect to see in the remasters:

  • Enhanced visuals
  • Re-arranged background music
  • Trophies
  • Cross-save compatibility
  • Audio drama with concept art
  • Expert Sphere Grid
  • Dark Aeons and Penance
  • FFX Eternal Calm CG
  • Psychic and Festivalist Dresspheres
  • Creature Creator and Fiend Arena Tournaments
  • Last Mission: Iutycyr Tower

Try saying "Iutycyr Tower" five times fast. While graphical enhancements are most certainly welcome, it's even better to know we'll be getting extra content to help beef up our experiences across both games. Not only do we get more bits of narrative thanks to the audio drama and Eternal Calm CGs, but we'll also receive two new Dresspheres for use in battle, as well as a creature creator to while away the hours.

There is going to be a lot to do across both games, so it's great that the Cross-Save feature will allow us to transfer our progress between the PlayStation 3 and Vita versions of the game, meaning we'll be able to take our adventures on the go. The only thing left to do before grabbing the HD Remaster is take time off work or school, because you're going to be busy for a long while.

You can grab all of this role-playing goodness when Final Fantasy 10/10-2 HD Remaster is released on March 18.
