The Western Montana Fish & Game Association celebrates their 100th
Anniversary on November 11th and you're invited to the party.
The association was formed in 1911 amid concerns for the future of
hunting and fishing in Montana. Early settlers, homesteaders, and
market hunters had decimated wildlife to survive the harsh realities
of early rural Montana.

Original members helped develop our first Fish and Game Department, as
well as the rules that would lead to our present day proliferation of
wildlife species. A high number of leading business people and
wildlife experts from the early days to the present time have served
as officers and advisors to the association.
