Over 800 homes in western Montana are receiving evacuation warnings by Missoula county sheriff’s deputies as the Clark Fork continues to rise.

Missoula County has been under flood warnings and alerts since early last week as flood level is considered 10 feet. As of this morning, May 8th, the Clark Fork was at 11 and a half feet and is expected to reach 13 and a half feet on Friday.

Our hearts go out to all residents in the Orchard Homes, Mullan Road and other areas affected by flooding. Missoula resident Dawn Calkins shared the following photos with us, she took these in the Kona Ranch Road and bridge area.
