Goal Of A Goalie [VIDEO]

I remember a lot of things my coaches told me throughout the years such as “Pint lifts don’t count as off season training” or “J.C., its called a water bottle, not a PBR bottle, act accordingly.” But one of the serious things I remember was if you visualize what you want, its easier to achieve it. Knowing that I’m about to be shot at tonight, I would love to look like the goalies in this video, but well see how things go!
