Grilled – Grilled Cheese Sandwich…BOOM!

It is grilling season, and I am the grill master (at least in my own mind.) I have always asked myself why they call a grilled cheese, when the damn thing never touches a grill. If you are going to call it a grilled cheese sandwich, then it should involve flame and smoke. Thankfully the culinary genius, Alton Brown, gives a sarcastic tutorial on how to hook it up "proppa."
