Health Department Confirms Semen Found in McDonald’s Mayonaise

According to sources at 'Real Farmacy', a woman in Michigan was served a McChicken sandwich with semen inside.

Last month, 31-year-old Lisa McDowell was lunching with some friends when a massive squirt of mayo shot out of her sandwich. She licked it off and noticed it tasted "familiar". She then alerted the manager who brushed her off and that's when she went to the health department. It was then confirmed that Lisa had ingested two different types of semen and contracted herpes on her mouth.

Sound like a hoax? It very much is fake. We pretty much thought so when Lisa McDowell's name came up. That's the name of the character Eddie Murphy hooks up with in "Coming To America." Why would anyone trust a site that can't even spell pharmacy?
