I Can Hook Up Some Mean BBQ [VIDEO]

I may have accomplished one of my finest works last weekend. I hooked up some BBQ ribs that almost brought tears to my eyes. I went the whole nine yards. I brined the ribs overnight, smoked them for 3 hours and "slow and low" cooked them on the grill for another 2 hours. Needless to say, it drew a crowd.
