First, we want to wish all of you a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend.  If we get any significant weather, it looks like it could be Friday night.

The National Weather Service says we can expect a good chance of rain and snow Friday, changing to a 100 percent chance of all snow Friday night, lingering into Saturday morning.  They tell us we should be prepared for three to five inches of snow in the valleys during that time period. Hopefully that is good news for hunters who haven't filled those tags yet as the general big game season in Montana moves into its final weekend.

Mostly dry conditions are expected Saturday afternoon and Sunday, but with highs only in the mid to upper 30s, if we do get hit with some heavy snow it may stay with us for awhile.

Snow or not, please be extra cautious on those roads, okay? Lots of travelers on a busy and hopefully safe Thanksgiving weekend.
