Jon Stewart To Leave The Daily Show – Check Out TDS Coverage of Montana Stories [VIDEO]

I have to say, I was bummed to hear the news that Jon Stewart is looking to step down as The Daily Show's anchor. It has been one show that I have watched diligently for over a decade. It will truly be an end of an era. Jon said during his recent announcement that "we are still working out details, but my contract is up in September." The Daily Show has made me laugh everyday for a long time, and has had me on the floor laughing when TDS took stabs at the Treasure State. Watch some of Jon's best Montana stories.

It is going to be hard to fill Jon's shoes, but I wish him the best is whatever he has planned after leaving TDS. Jon was there for both good and bad news, and even though the show is centered on comedy, he still managed to uphold integrity as a journalist. Thanks Jon for showing us the lighter side of our messed up world and even our very own eccentric state.
