What will Korn be doing on release day? The band has teamed up with SiriusXM for a special performance at the Ace Hotel in downtown Los Angeles to celebrate the arrival of The Serenity of Suffering.

"It's an important night for us," says guitarist James "Munky" Shaffer. "We'll be celebrating our album release, while bringing together our hometown fans and the listeners of SiriusXM Octane, who have been so incredibly supportive of Korn for so long."

The invite-only show will find the band performing songs from their new album as well as tracks from throughout their career. And if you're not able to be there in person, the private show will air live on SiriusXM's Octane, channel 37, on Friday, Oct. 21 and will be available through the SiriusXM app on smartphones and connected devices as well as online at siriusxm.com.

In related news, on Oct. 19, SiriusXM's Octane will air an hour special featuring Korn speaking with host Jose Mangin about their new album. The special will also include Korn playing songs from The Serenity of Suffering album and some of their personal favorite cuts.

SiriusXM subscribers will have the opportunity to win tickets to the Los Angeles show through an invitation sent by e-mail beginning at 10AM ET today. One grand prize winner will also receive a trip for two including round-trip airfare, a two-night hotel stay and a pair of tickets to the show along with the chance to meet Korn.
