A man in Wisconsin managed to find himself locked in what was probably paradise to him: a beer cooler at a convenience store!

38-year-old Jeremy Van Ert has been charged with retail theft and is currently behind bars on a probation hold after police say he got locked inside of a beer cooler at a Kwik Trip store, drank a few beers and then fled the scene. He went into the cooler just before midnight and the cooler automatically locked him inside when the clock struck twelve. He spent the next six hours drinking beers and making a mess. When the cooler unlocked the next morning at 6 a.m., he fled the scene.

Van Ert was later arrested by police and remains in jail on a probation hold from an unrelated case.
