The Montana Meth Project is holding a contest for $10,000 in cash prizes for local artists.
According to the contest's website:

Paint the State will build on the success of the 2006 & 2010 Paint the State contests, when teens all over Montana created more than 1,000 works of art, making it the largest public art contest in history.

Blaze listener Briar Ahlborn is part of the contest and participated in the 'Paint the State' competition when I was just 14-years-old, and is in the running for the new contest. Briar's billboard was on the Flathead reservation just outside of of St.Ignatius. He says he drove up there every weekend for a month to work on the painting.

Let's show Briar and the Montana Meth Project our support by voting!
