Montana Survives Cold Temperatures – Apparently Cold Temps Bring Apocalypse to Philly

A weather reporter in Pennsylvania, recently went off on a 3 minute long rant about the cold temperatures in the east coast. According to the reporter, people are dying in the streets of Philly from the arctic temperatures.  As the reporter goes off on her marathon tangent, with out taking a breath, all I can think about is how good the ice fishing must be in Pennsylvania.
