Naked Woman Stops Traffic with Masturbation

31-year-old Amie Carter stopped traffic in Orlando when she paraded up and down the street naked. What do you do as a witness at that point, take video or call the cops? Apparently the answer is call the cops.

When the police arrived on the scene, Miss Amie was on the hood of a Lexus giving a show, that is typically reserved for the champagne room, to the couple inside. She reportedly also threw a cell phone at another vehicle.

The police report says Amie was "in an altered mental state" (that's secret code for "high as f***) and did about $1,500 in damage to the Lexus. She was just having fun, c'mon!

Amie was charged with 'criminal mischief' and 'exposure of sexual organs.'
