Think back to the days of the Nintendo 64. South Park came out with a "first person shooter" themed game in the 90's. It consisted of you running around the town of South Park Colorado throwing yellow snowballs at anyone who got in your way. The 64 bit technology made the game look really lame and the storyline didn't keep you involved enough to actually want to continue after being taken down by a rabid turkey or ginger kid.

Well now the boys from South Park get a shot at redemption with an upcoming RPG (Role Playing Game). According to gameinformer.com: "Thanks to a collaboration with THQ and Obsidian, Parker and Stone are writing the script, performing the dialogue, and overseeing the development of South Park: The Game. Unlike the cash-in Acclaim titles from over a decade ago, this ambitious project is a full-scale RPG for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC. As the new kid in South Park, it'll be up to you to make friends and defend the town from a wide range of threats."

I am not a HUGE fan of RPGs, but I guarantee you that I will at least give this game a play. Check out the following video for the details.
