The trend of 're-booting' classic movies is huge in Hollywood these days. It is almost like they have run out of ideas on fresh content. Either way, it is great to see some of the movies we grew up with, get a second run at remaining awesome. Here lies the problem. Out of all the NEW 're-boots,' how many of them are going to let us down? I am still bummed that Bill Murray is not in the new 'Ghostbusters,' not to mention Chevy Chase only makes a cameo in the new 'Vacation' movie. Hopefully the 'passing of the torch' pays off and people like Ed Helms can keep the franchise alive. Check out the insanely funny, red band trailer, for the 're-boot' of 'Vacation.'

According to Entertainment Weekly
Warner Bros has released the red-band trailer for their new Vacation reboot starring Ed Helms as now-adult Rusty Griswold. His parents, of course, are Clark (Chevy Chase) and Ellen (Beverly D’Angelo) the couple who famously took their kids on an ill-fated trip to WalleyWorld in the 1983 original National Lampoon’s Vacation.

In this flick, out July 29, Rusty decides to do the same road trip with his wife (Christina Applegate) and sons. They end up visiting his sister Audrey (Leslie Mann) and her RIDICULOUSLY well-endowed husband played by Chris Hemsworth. It gives new meaning to Thor’s hammer.
