Back in mid-March Orgy cancelled the last five dates of their ‘Bad Blood Tour 2012′ tour run in order to head into the studio and work on new music. Now fans can get their first taste of what’s to come with a stream of the band’s new song ‘Grime of the Century.’

The current lineup of Orgy consists of founding member Jay Gordon on vocals with newcomers Carlton Bost on guitar, Ashburn Miller on guitar, Nic Speck on bass and Jamie Miller on drums.

Gordon announced he was reforming the group with a new lineup back in 2011, explaining that the rest of the band was too busy for a reunion.

According to Blabbermouth, original guitarist Amir Derakh responded on Facebook with a statement of his own claiming both he and Ryan Shuck had showed interest in doing a reunion, citing a few conditions, mainly that Lou Gordon (Jay Gordon’s father) would not be involved but at the end of the day felt Gordon didn’t want them to be a part of it.

Now onward and upward, Orgy’s new single ‘Grime Of The Century’ is available for streaming on Banana1015.com.  It’s is up against Projected’s ‘Watch it Burn’ so check them both out and cast your vote.
