Tomorrow (July 15), movie screens all over the country will premiere the reboot of the Ghostbusters franchise. Apparently -- and this post has a spoiler in it -- Ozzy Osbourne has a very small role, and even gets a line of dialogue.

According to the Birmingham Mail, he plays the singer of a rock group called Beasts of Mayhem, whose show is interrupted by a ghost. His one line is to ask Sharon Osbourne if he is daydreaming again. Presumably, this scene was filmed before the couple split up after 33 years of marriage.

Besides starring as himself in the Osbournes reality series, Osbourne has had a handful of roles in movies, including Rev. Aaron Gilstrom in the 1986 horror film Trick or Treat (which also starred Gene Simmons as a DJ) and a band manager in a 1995 movie based on the popular prank phone calls of the Jerky Boys. And he's also played against his persona as the Prince of Darkness by lending his voice-over talents to episodes of several animated series. More recently, he and the other members of Black Sabbath helped promote their 2013 album 13 by performing "End of the Beginning" on the season finale of CSI.

As for his main job, Osbourne just wrapped up a European leg of Black Sabbath's farewell tour. On Aug. 17, they will kick off a month of dates in North America at the Nikon Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, N.Y. They have announced that their last-ever concert will bring their career full circle, a performance at the Genting Arena in their hometown of Birmingham, England on Feb. 4, 2017.
