Like many music festivals, Rockin' the Rivers is all about the camping experience, the bands are just a bonus.

This year's Rockin the Rivers line up included Buckcherry, Vince Neil, Ratt and our favorite band from the SLC, Royal Bliss. You can see some photos from their sets above, including shots of the rad Royal Bliss Bud Light guitar that really distributes beer.

No Rockin the Rivers photo gallery is complete without shots of 'Camp Da Doot Da Doot,' featuring members of Universal Choke Sign, Blessiddoom and our large Blaze family.

None of the band members got wasted and forgot lyrics to their own songs on stage like Wes Scantlin of Puddle of Mudd did last year. However, I did receive the following report from JC during Rockin the Rivers.

Motley Crue fans were excited to see Vince Neil play Rockin' the Rivers Friday night, but the evening left some disappointed. First, the highly anticipated Vince Neil meet and greet was cancelled. When a Blaze listener questioned staff, they said he was afraid that because he was in Montana he would be shot. During his set, Neil continued to disappoint by only playing 4 songs before leaving the stage. The band, composed of members of Slaughter, kept playing the set without him for about 20 minutes before Neil returned to perform a few more songs and calling it a night.

Big thanks to our photographers JC, Dirty Joe, Jason Amaya and Per Carlson. Don't miss viewing the photo of Universal Choke Sign lead singer JJ and his unfortunate run in with a bird who was literally full of s**t.
