This is not the type of hit you want to see at a baseball game.

Monday night's Cubs-Pirates game in Pittsburgh was delayed after a woman was struck in the head by a foul ball off the bat of Cubs shortstop Starlin Castro.

Castro fouled off a pitch that lined into the netting behind home plate. The woman was too close to the netting and the ball smacked right into her head.

The game was delayed for 20 minutes. The woman's condition isn't clear at this time, although the Pirates did let everyone know she went to the hospital:
