Big Sky Brewing Venue FAQ

Q: Are the shows all ages?

A: Yes. All ages are welcome at Big Sky Brewing shows.

Q: What time can I enter the venue and what time does the show start?

A: Door to the venue open at the designated time (above) on each show listing. The door time and show start time will also be advertised on your ticket. No early entry will be permitted.

Q: What time do the concerts end?

A: When the concerts will end depends on the start-time and the performer(s) of each concert.  However, we do not expect any concert will go past Midnight.

Q: Is smoking allowed?

A: To preserve and protect the comfort of all concert goers, smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

Q: What if it rains?

A: All concerts are rain or shine.  You should be prepared for extremes, such as heat, cold, wind, or rain.

 

TICKETING INFORMATION

Q: Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?

A: All children under the age of 5 receive free admission. Only ONE CHILD per adult will be welcome.

Q: What types of tickets are available?

A: All tickets purchased will be General Admission. For more information on concert seating, please see information under the heading FOOD & BEVERAGE, ALLOWED/PROHIBITED ITEMS below.

Q: How do I purchase tickets?

A: There are four ways to purchase tickets:

(1) on-line at www.ticketfly.com

(2) by phone at 877-435-9849

(3) via official ticketing outlets at Rockin’ Rudy’s Records (237 Blaine Street - Missoula, MT) or the Big Sky Brewery tasting room (5417 Trumpeter Way - Missoula, MT)

(4) at the gate on the date of the concert, if tickets are still available.**

*   Tickets purchased on-line,by phone, or at designated outlets are assessed a Convenience Fee.

** Ticket prices are subject to increase the day of the concert

Q: I have tickets at Will Call. Where and when do I pick them up?

A: The Will Call booth is located near the Big Sky Brewery entrance and opens before the concert begins.  You must bring a picture ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

Q: Are tickets refundable?

A: All ticket sales are final.  Tickets will be refunded only if a show is cancelled. Please note that all shows are rain or shine. In cases of severe weather, the event will be cancelled and tickets will be refunded.

 

PARKING

 

Q: Where do I park?

A: There will be at least one free area to park your vehicle near the venue. Upon arrival, please follow the street signs. Our staff will point you in the right direction.

 

Q: Is there a VIP parking area?

A: On selected shows there will be a premium parking area attached to the venue. Space is limited and eachcar is $7. Only cash will be accepted

Q: Where can I park my bicycle?

A: We strongly encourage concert goers to ride their bicycles to each concert.  A secured bike corral is located near the venue entrance. Parking attendants will direct you.

Q: I have a permit to park in Accessible Parking and Handicap areas.  Do you have space available?

A: An Accessible Parking area is located near the venue entrance. Parking attendants will direct you. A proper Accessible Parking permit is required.

 

FOOD & BEVERAGE, ALLOWED/PROHIBITED ITEMS

 

Q:  Can I bring my camera?

A: Small non-professional cameras are typically OK.  Video cameras, professional cameras with long lenses, and any other recording devices are prohibited.

Q: Can I bring my chair?

A: You are welcome to bring a blanket or a LOW-BACK chair.  To preserve a great view for all of our guests, low-back chairs have seats no more than 6 inches above the ground.  As a general rule, if you can fit a basketball under your chair,it is too tall.  If your chair is too tall, you will be asked to return the chair to your vehicle and sit on the lawn. No exceptions will be made.

Q: I have physical disabilities and cannot get up from a low-rise chair. Can I bring a chair with a higher back?

A: A designated seating area is available for concert goers who are unable to sit in low-rise chairs or on the ground.  Friends coming with these concert goers must bring blankets or low-rise chairs.

Q: Can I bring my own food & beverages?

A: Food and Beverages will be available for sale from Door Time until 45 minutes before the show is over.Beer will also be available for purchase with proper identification.  You are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages.  If you do bring non-alcoholic beverages they must be sealed in their original containers.  Please no canteens or jugs. For your safety, glass is also prohibited. No outside food is permitted.

Permitted Items:

- Big Sky Brewery is a general admission seating area; your LOW-BACK chairs are welcome (no more than 6 inches off the ground). Tall chairs will not be allowed in the concert venue.

-  Blankets (Blanket space will be limited)

- Sealed non-alcoholic beverages and water bottles.

 

Prohibited Items:

- Outside alcohol and non-sealed sodas, non-sealed water bottles?

- Umbrellas

-  Unsealed beverages/open containers (non sealed water jugs/containers will be emptied prior to admission.)

- Glass containers or bottles (please do not pack picnic items in glass such as salad dressing, sauces, etc)

- Weapons

-  Fireworks

- High-back chairs

- Outside food

Persons with Disabilities:

Concerts are presented on a grass park like setting. All guests are either seated on the grass with blankets, or in low back chairs. A limited number of spaces are held in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. We encourage all guests with special needs to contact our office at 208-343-8883 and every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate you.
