Even though I am not a University student here in Montana, the University is such a big part of our community it's important to know what is going on on campus. Tomorrow (March 28th) there is a rally scheduled for noon on the UM Oval to let the legislature know that the $11 million dollar budget short fall is still too big of a cut for students to afford. There will be rallies like this held at most college campus across the state of Montana, if you want to know more click here.

Holding a rally like this is difficult to gain attention, but at least these students are trying to do something. I love the old saying, "If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything". Good job to these students for standing up for what they believe in. And hopefully we can increase enrollment and put these budget short falls behind us.
