4 Bald Eagles have recently been found dead in a Washington state lake. Pretty safe to say that somebody in Washington hates 'Murica. Not only is the Bald Eagle a symbol of our great nation, but it is also a federally protected creature. Meaning that killing one is a federal offense.

According to Montanaoutdoor.com

On January 10th, officers retrieved four dead eagles floating in a lake just outside of Granite Falls, Washington.  The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife is asking for your help in catching the poachers.  They have teamed up with the Humane Society of the United States and Conservation Northwest to offer a $3,750 cash reward for information that leads to the arrest  and conviction of the poacher.

Killing a Bald Eagle is a Class A felony with a fine of $1,000 and up to 90 days in jail as well as $2,000 for each additional eagle. If you happen to have ANY info that may help lead to an arrest, call  877.933.9847
